Frank McKeown and his Sons side made it five unbeaten earlier today with a hard-fought one each draw at Borough Briggs.

The manager made one change from the side that secured back-to-back home victories over The Spartans and Stranraer with Michael Doyle making his full return from injury in place of Gordon Walker.

Elgin City took the lead mid-way through the first half via Ryan Sargent but our top scorer Leighton McIntosh reacted quickest after an Alexander Smith delivery was spilled by Tom Ritchie to level the match early in the second period.

Aidan Rice made several good stops to keep us level while Adam Livingstone came close for the Sons.

In the end a point was all that either team deserved and the Sons can now turn their attention to next Saturday when Annan Athletic will visit the Marbill Coaches Stadium.
