A product of Motherwell’s academy, Adam joined Dumbarton after a trial period in the summer of 2025 – having been a member of the East Kilbride side which won promotion to the SPFL.

Equally capable of playing at left-back or on the wing, Adam spent time on loan at Morton and Clyde while at the Steelmen – before a permanent move to Cove Rangers in 2020.

A return to Clyde saw him named the Bully Wee’s Player of the Year in 2022, before he moved south of the border for spells with Stafford Rangers, Hednesford Town, Telford United, Hereford and Buxton.

East Kilbride brought Adam back north in July 2024, before he signed for Sons a year later.
