Aidan joined Sons on loan from Celtic in February 2026, making his debut for the club in a 3-0 victory against Spartans a week later. He went on to become a key player as we secured our safety in William Hill League 2 – and was named Stags Head Player of the Month for April 2026 after a series of outstanding displays.

A product of Celtic’s academy, where he spent more than a decade, Aidan has previously spent time on loan at Inverness Caledonian Thistle in SPFL League One.

After his successful first loan spell at The Rock, Aidan signed a two year extension to his deal at Celtic, before returning to Dumbarton on loan in July 2026.
