Former Rangers U20s captain Kristian, who is the son of former Scotland cap Andy, returned to Dumbarton on a permanent deal in August 2025 after an impressive loan spell from the Ibrox club.

Capable of playing across the back four or in midfield, the powerful youngster excelled at right-back in the latter half of the 2024/25 campaign – having previously impressed during a loan spell with Lowland League Cumbernauld Colts.

He joined Sons permanently – initially on a deal until January 2026, which was then extended until the summer. After being named Sons View Player of the Year, he signed a two year extension in the summer of 2026.
