We are delighted to welcome Stephanie Park back to the club as our new Head of Hospitality.
Stephanie has more than 30 years’ experience in delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading customer focussed teams, and she steps into the role with a clear vision for elevating service standards and enhancing customer satisfaction.
With a proven track record in hospitality, we’re confident Stephanie will play a key role in shaping and enhancing our matchday experience, ensuring our guests receive a high standard of service.
As Head of Hospitality, Stephanie will host our hospitality guests on matchdays and collaborate closely with the culinary, events, and facilities teams to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
Commenting on her appointment, Stephanie said: “I’m honoured to be back at Dumbarton FC at such a dynamic time. When Mario contacted me asking me to run matchday hospitality I accepted immediately.
“I knew I wanted to work with an excellent chef, so I approached Victoria and Amy who own Taste of Home – Catering by Roo. I’m delighted to say they have agreed to provide the food on matchdays, which I believe to be a real coup for the club, and I think returning guests will be delighted with their offerings.
“It’s an exciting time to be involved with the club I love as we begin a new journey under Mario’s leadership and I very much look forward to welcoming guests back to matchday hospitality this season.”
