Dumbarton travel to East Fife tomorrow as they look to return to winning ways in cinch League Two [kick-off 3.00pm].

A poor showing in Stranraer on Tuesday night resulted in a 5-0 defeat just after Stevie Farrell’s side had recorded back-to-back victories.

Tomorrow’s hosts, meanwhile, remain in the play-off hunt having gone through their last four games undefeated after the appointment of Dick Campbell as manager.

For Dumbarton boss Faz, he is keen to put Tuesday to one side and focus in the task at hand.

He said: “There’s no excuses for what happened on Tuesday night. It felt well short of our standards.

“Whilst we do need to acknowledge the result and learn from the mistakes we made, we can not afford to let it define the remainder of our season.

“Tomorrow is a vital game as we head into the final quarter but, as ever, if we turn up and put in the type of performance that we are capable of, we give ourselves an excellent chance of being successful.”

Whilst Farrell has welcomed back Callum Wilson and Mark Durnan to his squad in the last week, he will be without Kalvin Orsi and Sean Crighton tomorrow. Brett Long and Greig Young remain sidelined.

If you are travelling to Methil tomorrow, make sure you are fully up to date with all the information you will need thanks to our Supporters Liason Officer:

Tomorrow’s referee is Scott Lambie and he will be assisted by Paul O’Neill and Kevin Buchanan.
