We’re on the lookout for a new Head of Academy for the boys section of our pathway.
The club has set a target to enter the Club Academy Scotland Advanced Youth/Progressive League in the 2027/28 season, and we are committed to building the infrastructure, people and processes to get there. This is an opportunity to join a club at an exciting moment in its history and to play a foundational role in shaping its future.
The Head of Academy (Boys) will lead the development of players within the Dumbarton FC Lowland Development League U20s, SYFA Pre-Academy teams, and grassroots partner club player pathway. The postholder will ensure a structured, philosophy-led approach to player development is embedded across all age groups within the boys’ pathway, and will be the primary driver of the club’s preparations for entry into Club Academy Scotland.
