A FOOD drive in support of local families will take place at this Saturday’s home game against Stenhousemuir.
The team from Food for Thought will be at Dumbarton Football Stadium from 1pm to 3pm and will also be collecting for the toy bank.
The following items will be particularly welcome: UHT Milk, baked beans, pasta, pasta sauce, chickpeas, curry sauce, rice, tinned meat, noodles, tuna, tinned veg, biscuits, tea bags, toilet roll, kids’ tins, tinned fruit, custard, rice pudding, cereal, sweets, crisps, diluting juice.
All donations will be most welcome, and the collection will take place on Saturday even if the Stenhousemuir match is called off.
