We are delighted to announce the signing of Aimee Duffy, who joins our women’s side to strengthen our defensive options.
Aimee, a left-back, brings valuable experience to the squad having spent several years with Falkirk from youth level onwards, before more recently featuring for Alloa Athletic.
Our Women’s Manager Kenny McInnes is delighted to have secured her services and believes she will add both quality and experience to the team.
“We’ve been looking to bring in experience and quality and we’re really pleased to bring in a left back of Aimee’s quality,” McInnes said.
“She has years of experience playing with Falkirk all the way from youth level and we were aware of her talents more recently at Alloa.
“Aimee slipped into the left back role as a Trialist away to Houston Utd and fitted into our team seamlessly.”
Aimee’s previous experience, combined with her impressive trial appearance, made her an ideal addition to our squad as we continue to strengthen ahead of the season ahead.
With Lucia Sereno heading off to university this season after years of consistent performances in the position, Duffy arrives to retain that level of quality on the left hand side of defence.
