Dumbarton Football Club are delighted to announce that long-time sponsors C&G Systems have continued their backing for another season.

The railway management company are now heading into their seventh campaign as a major supporter of the club as they have agreed to come on board as away shirt sponsor ahead of the 2024/25 campaign.

In recent seasons, C&G have sponsored the stadium, helped design the clubs tartan and commissioned the mural that was painted on the stand at the Rock.

Community outreach is also vital for C&G who work with local schools on rail safety education and have supported the clubs youth development teams.

C&G Systems Managing Director Dave Gordon said: “We’re delighted to extend our long-standing partnership with the Sons for another season.

“As well as being a sponsor, we are loyal fans of the club and thrilled to be heading into our seventh year of working together and continuing to support local.

“The club had a memorable season last year by earning promotion and we look forward to having more reasons to celebrate in League One.”

This season, C&G have worked with the club to design their logo that will be displayed on the away shirt, paying homage to the connection between Sons and a Bundesliga giant.

Gordon added:  “The design of the away top has enabled us to design our logo with a nod to the connection between the Sons and Borussia Dortmund through Murdo MacLeod. We hope this will resonate with long-time supporters and new fans alike, celebrating the shared heritage and passion for the sport.”

Club General Manager Antonia Love said: “C&G have been terrific supporters of the club across a host of different avenues for seven seasons now and we’re delighted to have them come on board as the clubs away shirt sponsor.

“We’re looking forward to containing our partnership this season, and into the future, and hope supporters will take up the opportunity to snap up the new away shirt when it goes on sale.

“As always, further sponsorship opportunities are available for both fans and businesses so anyone with interest in the supporting the club is urged to get in touch.”
