In tandem with the Police Scotland investigation, mindful of natural justice, your Board has commissioned a supplementary investigation to establish the facts of the alleged incident and to identify any breach of the Club’s Conduct and Suspension Policy.
To that end, we have asked John Steele, our Honorary President and retired Solicitor, to carry this out on our behalf.
