We’re delighted to welcome Craig Thomson (pictured, right) as our new groundsman to look after the playing surface at The Marbill Coaches Stadium for the remainder of the season.
Craig, who runs Paisley-based C.T Lawncare, is a fully certified professional with NVQ Levels 2 and 3 in Sports Turf Management and over 12 years’ experience as a golf course greenkeeper. He will be assisted by Stephen Judge (pictured, left).
Craig joins to replace Jim Paton, who stepped back last year. Craig has already spent a handover period with Alan ‘Buster’ Brown and Kenny Waters who looked after the park for an interim spell following Jim’s departure.
We’d like to thank Jim, Buster and Kenny for all their hard work, and welcome Craig to the vital Team Behind the Team.
