SONS YDI race night last Friday has been hailed a tremendous success with community and youth director Jim Chapman reporting that a good time was had by all!
He said : “On behalf of our Club’s Youth Development programme I would like to express my sincerest gratitude and appreciation to all who so kindly supported our Race Night last Friday night.
“The attendance of the youth players, their families and friends made an excellent atmosphere and contributed to a very successful evening and it was a fantastic sight to see everyone join together at the Bet Butler Stadium to support the Club and its aims to not only deliver the best educational and developmental Youth Programme possible, but to become the heart of the football community.
“The quality and quantity of donations and contributions from individuals, families and local businesses was overwhelming and enabled us to deliver a first class event as well as raising a significant amount of finance which will directly support our Youth and Community Programmes.
“Many, many thanks once again to everyone”.
