TWO players from last season’s Championship squad are set to move on.
Defender Scott Linton and striker Archie Campbell will not be at the Dumbarton Football Stadium next term.
Linton arrived at Dumbarton for the 2013/14 season as he was looking for a new challenge after six years at Central Park.
Archie, capped for Scotland six times at under-19 level and 13 times at under-17, joined Sons following being released by Morton in the summer of 2014.
He spent three years at Cappielow after his release by Rangers after seven years at Ibrox from the age of 13, and scored five goals in 35 appearances for Morton in season 2013/14.
We wish both players well for the future.
