TWO new faces joined the DFC squad today in what was a busy shift for our backroom team.
Phil Johnston signs after being released by 2nd division Airdrie United and also putting pen to paper is experienced striker Jim Lister.
Lister was last seen at Brechin City having played for Alloa Athletic and Berwick Rangers.
Both players have been long time targets of manager Aland Adamson.
He said : “I tried to sign Jim last season but that didn’t happen so I’m delighted to have him as part of our squad. He’ll give us a wee bit of physical presence as we prepare for life in division one.
“Phil is also a welcome addition and fans may remember that he scored against us for Airdrie last season. He will give us competition in midfield”
