FULL-BACK Daniel Harvie’s loan period from Aberdeen at DFC has been extended, subject to paperwork clearance later today.
The full-back, who is suspended for this weekend’s trip to Greenock has played 19 times this season for the Sons and manager Stevie Aitken is delighted to confirm his agreement to stay.
He said : “Daniel has done well for himself and the team, and I’m happy and grateful that Aberdeen have agreed to him carry on playing with us.
“We just need to tidy up the paperwork which will be done later today.
“It’s a pity he’ll miss Saturday’s game at Morton but to have him at the club for the important second half of the campaign is a boost.”
