DUMBARTON have today completed a loan deal until the end of the season for 19-year-old midfielder Tomas Brindley, who joins from Kilmarnock.
A central midfielder, Tomas has already made his debut for the Rugby Park club, coming on as a substitute in a 2-0 defeat away to Rangers in August 2020.
He also played the full 90 minutes of Killie’s 2-0 win away to Clyde in the Betfred Cup in November.
Tomas will be a Sons player until the end of the season and manager Jim Duffy has welcomed the addition to his squad.
The gaffer said: “It’s been no secret that we need to add players to our squad and Tomas comes to us as a very highly-rated prospect by Kilmarnock.
“However the season comes to an end, we will need all hands on deck, and we’re confident we’ll get that from him.”
Tomas will wear the number 17 shirt during his spell with the club.
