SONS youth development initiative are £50 better off thanks to fans from Dumbarton and Cowdenbeath who contributed to the first DumBAR Challenge at the Bet Butler Stadium yesterday.
Three Dumbarton supporters and two Cowden fans took to the famous playing surface at half-time each attempting to hit the crossbar of the goalframe from a designated distance (of 30 yards).
Unfortunately no-one managed to strike the bar with the closest effort coming from the Cowden fans!
Thanks to everyone who contributed and special thanks to the lads who were drawn out to bravely face the crowd!

The next DumBAR Challenge will take place on 15th September when Dunfermline Athletic are the visitors.
