DUMBARTON FC wish our resident club bard, Stephen Watt, a very happy #WorldPoetryDay!
A poet and performer from Dumbarton whose books include ‘Spit’ (2012) and ‘Optograms’ (2016), Stephen has contributed regularly to the Sons View programme and to our website.
He was appointed Dumbarton Football Club’s Poet-In-Residence in 2016 and selected as the first crime poet to appear at Bloody Scotland Crime Writing Festival in the same year.
