SONSTRUST board member David Powell has been in touch with a word of appreciation to everyone who has helped raise over £4000 via the Club’s 50/50 half-time draw.
David works alongside Trust Chairman Brian Payne in organising the popular matchday raffle and is delighted at the response of supporters throughout the season.
He said : “We broke through our pre-season target in funds raised for the club with one game to go.
“Our turnover reached the £8000 mark, which is incredible.
“I’d like to thank Sons fans for buying the tickets and showing their support.
“We have a regular team of helpers and on behalf of the Trust and Club I’d like to thank Eddie McCreadie who has been brilliant, John Bush, Warren Ronald and Jonathan Duffy.”
