Saturday 22nd October 2022
DUMBARTON FC extends sincere thanks to all supporters who made the journey to Cumnock for last night’s Scottish Cup tie.
With no shelter in the away end at Townhead Park, the weather conditions meant you would have been thoroughly soaked on the terraces.
Despite that and the fact the game was accessible via live TV, hundreds of you made the trip and gave the players excellent vocal encouragement throughout the game.
Everybody at Dumbarton FC – players, management, staff and board – recognises the effort you made yesterday evening and it is very much appreciated by us all.
Thanks, too, to all those who supported us remotely by watching the live TV coverage.
If you are able to travel again next Saturday, we look forward to seeing you at Galabank for the resumption of our important league campaign this season, away to Annan Athletic.
