SONS have been handed a bye through to the semi-finals of the 2012/13 Stirlingshire Cup.
They will be at home to the winners of the preliminary round tie between Alloa Athletic and Stirling Albion.
The other semi-final will be hosted by Falkirk against the winners of the Stenhousemuir v East Stirlingshire preliminary round tie.
All of those ties have to be played by Friday, August 31 and the final will take place later in the year.
Sons have contested the final against Falkirk in each of the last two seasons, lifting the trophy in 2010 before losing last year’s final on penalties.
