SONS have a new stadium identity and it’s a great deal for both the club and our new partners at Cheaper Insurance Direct.
Alex Couper, managing director at the Dumbarton based firm, is, to use a footballing cliche, over the moon at becoming the club’s latest sponsor.
Speaking following last night’s official announcement and ahead of the 2-0 win against Hearts, Alex said: “This is a great deal for us and I’m delighted to be involved at Dumbarton.
“As a supporter of the club, it’s fantastic to be on board.
“Our business is based locally and we are joining forces with an ambitious club who are doing some good things on and off the park.”
DFC’s commercial director Alan Findlay added : “Obviously we are happy that we have attracted a successful local firm to become our major sponsor.
“Alex has been great to deal with and I’m positive for both ourselves and Cheaper Insurance Direct that everyone will benefit.”
