FOLLOWING completion of a review of safety admission arrangements, supporters are advised that starting with our opening league game against Morton on 5th Aug, 2017, there will be changes to access to the YOUR Radio 103FM Stadium.
Chief Executive Frank Meade explains – “We’ve decided that after a comprehensive consultation with all parties involved to make a few alterations as to how we operate in an around the stadium on matchdays.
“We are trying to eliminate congestion that occurs in the main entrance foyer both before and after a game plus make it simple for supporters to enter the stadium.
“There will be one fundamental change for season ticket holders in that the traditional entrance we have been using will no longer be in operation, plus we will be utilising a new system for parent and child tickets.
“Hopefully the new way will work as we think it can and that the match day experience for all at the YOUR Radio 103FM Stadium remains a good one.”
Below is a summary of the changes that will be implemented on Sat 5th August.
SEASON TICKETS
The traditional entry door at the front of the stadium will be closed. All season ticket holders will be required to enter the stadium via the turnstiles at the Home Support (East) end of the stadium and may enter via either turnstile. They will then be able to access the Community Suite from the concourse.
PARENT & CHILD TICKETS
Parent and Child tickets (Home and Visiting) will be sold from a window in the Community Suite at the Home Support (East) end of the Stadium.
DISABLED SUPPORTERS’ ACCESS
Access arrangements for Disabled Supporters and their Carers will be unchanged with access being via the Main Entrance
COMPLIMENTARY AND SCOUT TICKETS
All Complimentary and Scout Tickets will be collected from the window in the Community Suite at the Home Support (East) end of the Stadium. Entry will then be via the turnstiles.
PRESS & MEDIA
Press and Media access will be unchanged with access being via the main entrance.
HOSPITALITY & BOARDROOM
Hospitality and Boardroom access will be unchanged with access being via the main entrance.
In addition to the above, there will be NO admission to the main foyer/entrance area from the Community Suite.
