Dumbarton will face the winner of Berwick Rangers vs St Mirren B in Round 2 of the SPFL Trust Trophy.
The tie will take place during the midweek of August 13/14 at the Dumbarton Football Stadium after this afternoons draw.
Berwick face St Mirren B at the end of this month with the winner setting up a clash with Sons.
