Friday 1st July 2022
SUPPORTERS of all generations, and new supporters too, are invited to take part in a special 150th anniversary tour of Dumbarton Football Stadium on Sunday, July 3.
Starting at 11am, visitors will be able to see all areas of the stadium, with the club’s long and rich history brought to life by club historian Jim McAllister.
You will be able to see where it all happens on a matchday, from the home and away dressing rooms right through to the players’ tunnel and the stand and pitch.
Tea and coffee will be available on the day and the club shop will be open, selling all the special 150th anniversary merchandise that will be on sale by then.
It is anticipated that the tour will finish at 12.30pm. Apart from tours for younger fans, it is thought that this will be the first guided tour of the stadium since its early years in the winter of 2000.
Tickets for the tour cost £10 per person, and must be booked in advance. Please email office@dumbartonfc.co.uk to book your places, and you will be emailed through a ticket(s) to show at the stadium on the day.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us as above.
We look forward to seeing our supporters, and possibly some new ones, at our iconic stadium for what will be a special day.
