MARK Spalding was disappointed at his 20s squad losing to Queens Park last night, but he’s not losing heart.
Second half goals from the Spiders helped the the Glasgow team to a 2-0 win to ruin the chance of back-to-back wins for the young Sons.
He said: “I am disappointed following the defeat, especially after the previous week’s performance and result.
“We had the opportunity to try and put together a run, however we didn’t perform to the level we can.
“The lads know that they have to ensure that their highest standard is maintained in every game.
“It’s a work in progress though and training tomorrow (Friday) gives us an opportunity to work on things for the next game.”
The match report is now up on the site.
