FOLLOWING today’s SPFL Premiership play-off final second leg outcome, the line-up of teams for next season’s Championship is complete.
Promoted to the top flight are Hamilton Accies – and congratulations to them – who squeezed past Hibs at Easter Road today in dramatic circumstances meaning that the Edinburgh club are relegated.
Accies ‘keeper Kevin Cuthbert was the star of the show saving two penalty kicks from Hibs Kevin Thomson and Jason Cummings in an exciting shoot-out with both teams locked at 2-2 after 90 mins plus an extra half-hour.
With Rangers and Hearts already confirmed in the Championship, the addition of the Leith side certainly will make for an interesting league next term.
We will be announcing our hospitality and commercial packages very shortly now that the teams are known in the new division.
