MANAGER Ian Murray’s Hibs connections have landed the club a glamour pre-season friendly against the Leith based club on Saturday 29th June.
The match, which will be played at the Bet Butler Stadium, will form part of Hibs preparations for their Europa League qualification campaign.
Following the game they will fly to Southern Europe for a week long training camp.
Sons Chief Executive Gilbert Lawrie said: “The game will have a 3pm kick-off and as soon as we’ve agreed prices with Hibs we’ll get them into the public domain.
“It’s an earlier than normal game in our schedule, but we’re delighted to help and the match will prove to be very useful for both clubs.”
Meanwhile the Sons squad start pre-season training this weekend but gaffer Ian Murray will miss the opening few days as he is on holiday.
