DUMBARTON’S reserves went down 4-3 to Annan Athletic in an entertaining game at the Bet Butler Stadium tonight.
Sons took an assured looking 2-0 lead in the first half through Reece Pearson and Alistair McKerracher, but then conceded twice before the break.
In the second half Annan came out fast and consolidated their comeback by taking the lead themselves on 55 minutes.
Joe Coleman equalised on 71 mins, but Sons lost out a few minutes from the final whistle, when a slip at the back cost them the game.
