DUMBARTON will get four more opportunities to face Dundee United next season after the Tannadice club completed the Championship line-up for next season after play-off final defeat to Hamilton.
After a goalless first leg at home, the Arabs were beaten 1-0 by Accies in the second leg at New Douglas Park today.
They join Inverness CT, Falkirk, Morton, Dunfermline, Queen of the South, St Mirren, Livingston and Brechin City as opponents to Dumbarton in next season’s league.
Sons took seven points off United last season, winning twice, drawing once and losing on only one occasion.
