THE annual general meeting of the Stirlingshire FA took place today with Sons director Les Hope appointed as the association Chairman.
At the meeting the draw for the 2015/2016 competition took place with Sons receiving a bye into the semi-final along with Stenhousemuir.
In round one, East Stirling will play Falkirk and Alloa Ath will travel to Forthbank to face Stirling Albion.
The winners of the Shire/Falkirk tie will then progress to play Dumbarton at home, meanwhile the Wasps or Stirling will have Stenny travelling to meet them.
All ties to be played by 31st August 2015.
The final of the 2014/15 tournament will take place at Ochilview on 14th July between East Stirling and Stenhousemuir.
