ANDY Graham extended his stay at the Bet Butler Stadium this morning by signing a new one-year contract.
As team captain he played a major part in helping Sons finish in seventh place in the first division, and like the rest of his colleagues who have committed themselves to DFC, he is happy to have re-signed.
He said: “There is a brilliant spirit amongst the boys and to have, so far, most the lads signed up again made it easy for me to stay at the Sons
“We start training again on the 22nd of June and now that I’ve sorted my immediate future out, I can relax and look forward to getting stuck in.”
Chief Executive Gilbert Lawrie added: “It’s been a good week in terms of squad building for the new season
“We are working hard behind the scenes to build on what we achieved last term and so far we can only be pleased with the progress.
“Ian and Jack are very busy right now and hopefully in the week ahead we will be able to release more good news.”
