MANAGER Stevie Aitken has completed his second signing deal of the day by securing the services of former Ross County player Steven Ross, who has signed a deal until January 2016.
Ross who featured in 25 games for the Staggies, has been in demand from Highland League sides however he has made a return to senior football.
With only days left in the transfer window, the Sons boss has acted quickly to beat the deadline.
The manager said: “Stevie has been on our radar for some time and we have now managed to get his deal over the line.
“He’s a big lad and has pace, so we’ll have further options up front. In training last night he looked sharp but not quite match fit, so we will be working on that.”
