THE third annual shirts ‘n’ shorts sposnorship draw was conducted at Dumbarton Football Stadium last night and we are delighted to announce that we have two new and very proud partners on board at DFC!
Winning the first prize of a season’s long endorsement of Sons new 1872 brand kit on the back of the home and away tops is Eclipse Audio Visual.
The company was represented at the draw by director Jim Coleman who is a lifelong Dumbarton fan and he is absolutely thrilled at winning first prize.
He said: “What a great start to the weekend and it’s great to be officially involved as a sponsor.
“I’ve entered the draw every year and it’s good to give something back to the Club, and this is just fantastic.”
Jim’s business specialises in the design and installation of integrated audio visual systems and his company are responsible for the AV systems at Dumbarton Football Stadium.

Scooping the right to have his company on the front panel of the new kit’s shorts is David Ramsay of Baxter Ramsay, a local business rescue company.
Unfortunately David could not attend the draw, but when we broke the good news tom him today — officially — he was pleased.
He said: “I saw that I had won second prize via Twitter when I checked my phone at the function I was at that prevented me coming along the stadium.
“Absolutely delighted to be part of the DFC family and I’m looking forward to the season ahead.”

In total 26 companies pledged their support to the club (listed below) for this year’s draw and commercial director Alan Findlay is understandably pleased at the support from the local business community.
“The response has been great,” said Alan. “I’d like to go on record to thank each and every business that took part and I will be writing to each one in the week ahead saying exactly that.
“As a club we rely on the support not only of our fans but that of the local commerce people and they stepped up to help. For that everyone at the club is very grateful.”
