SEASON TICKETS 2020/21 – NOW ON FULL SALE!

Saturday 12th September 2020

SEASON tickets for Dumbarton FC for season 2020/21 are NOW ON SALE.

After an outstanding response to our initiative for supporters to pledge to buy their season tickets, we can now announce they are on full sale.

Chairman John Steele’s note below explains everything, including prices.

While tickets themselves are discounted due to a reduction in the number of home games, we have made some excellent incentives available for supporters who wish to pay the usual amount in order to help the club.

Please note that we are continuing to monitor Scottish Government guidance in relation to how many supporters may attend our fixtures.

If you have any questions relating to the sale of season tickets, please don’t hesitate to contact us on office@dumbartonfc.co.uk or on 01389 762569 during office hours – 9.30am to 1.30pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

We’ll let John take it from here!

Dear supporter,

Our long-awaited season tickets are now on sale, though with some changes in light of the current situation.

As you know we held off finalising the details until we understood as best we could what the season would look like. The £10 pledge from those of you who committed to buying a season ticket has been hugely appreciated, and has helped us financially in our preparations. Thank you also to those who have made enquiries, and to everyone for their patience and understanding.

With the 2020/21 fixture list being shortened to just 13 home league fixtures, we’ve adjusted our ticket prices to reflect this – with a pro-rata reduction on last season’s prices. We are also working with the football authorities to be able to provide live streaming of games where pandemic restrictions affect the ability of fans to be in the stadium. Where this is the case, the stream will be provided as part of your season ticket purchase.

A number of supporters have been in touch offering to buy tickets at last year’s full price. Again we are extremely grateful for this generosity, and as a result we are offering a pricing system which gives supporters the option to donate the difference to the club – which we guarantee will go directly towards the first-team budget, and which will also trigger some additional benefits, as set out below.

Please note that, should fan numbers be restricted within the stadium, we will be prioritising those who pledged their £10, along with those who make the higher payment as a donation. We will also ensure fair treatment for our disabled fans.

Our 2020/21 pricing structure is therefore as follows:

ADULT – £185 (£250 with optional donation)
CONCESSION – £100 (£140 with optional donation)
UNDER 12 – FREE* (£35 with optional donation)

For those paying the higher rate, including a donation, on adult and concession tickets, we will offer you a signed squad photograph, a two-for-one offer on Hospitality, and one entry into a raffle for a signed strip from the 2020/21 squad.

How to Pay

1. Payment can be made via BACs transfer to:

Dumbarton FC
Account no: 00348003
Sort code: 80-06-41

Please use the name of the season ticket holder, and if renewing, last season’s seat number, if possible. Once you have made the payment, we would also ask you to email office@dumbartonfc.co.uk, using ‘Season Ticket purchased’ as the subject, and confirm with us the name of the season ticket holder, the name of the person paying by BACS, and the email address.

2. We can take payments over the phone, please call 01389 762569 Monday, Wednesday or Friday 09.30-13.30, by card or bank transfer.

3. You can also pay by cash, cheque or card if you visit the stadium during opening hours- Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9.30-13.30, and we would ask that you adhere to social distancing guidelines, hand hygiene and wear a face covering- unless you are exempt.

As with last season, we are offering free season tickets for under-12s, and again if anyone in this category wishes to pay for their ticket it will be gratefully received as a donation to the club.

Concessions: Senior Citizens, students and under-16s. Being aged 65 years or over as at July 1, 2020 is the starting point for the ‘Senior Citizens’ category. Proof of entitlement will be asked for.

A valid matriculation card showing a full-term entitlement from September 1, 2020 is a requirement for student concessions. Under-12s MUST complete an application form before a ticket is issued.

Many thanks for your continued support – and we look forward to you joining us in October, and encouraging family and friends to take up this offer!
