THE draw for the Third Round of the Scottish Cup took place at Cappielow this evening and Sons face an away tie at Bonnyrigg Rose.
The tie, to be played at New Dundas Park, will take place on Saturday 26th November 2016.
Boss Stevie Aitken who attended the draw before heading to training gave us this reaction to the news.
“We would have preferred a home tie, and this will be a tricky game,” said the gaffer.
“But it is something different and will be exciting for our fans as it’ll be a ground most will not have visited before.
“We’ll get our homework done and we have to recognise that they have done well to reach this stage of the competition and the win against Cove last weekend is testament to that.
“But before then we have a lot of big games coming up in the league, starting with Dunfermline Athletic this weekend.”
