EVERYONE connected with Dumbarton Football Club was extremely sad to hear of the passing of long-term supporter and former announcer Robert Couper this week.
Robert took over the announcing duties from Willie Muir in the latter days at Boghead and then initially at the new ground in the early years.
The club send their deepest sympathies and condolences to Robert’s family and friends at this difficult time.
He will be hugely missed.
