He was born in Northern Ireland and started out in Scottish football as a youth with Motherwell and then Dundee United.

He made his senior debut on loan with Clyde in 2017, and after playing with Cliftonville in Northern Ireland, returned to Scotland with Elgin City on loan.

East Fife was his next stop, and he stayed there for three seasons before joining Peterhead in the 2021 close season and making the starting gloves his own.

He is now a Sons player until the 2024 close season.
