ALONG with other SPFL League One clubs, Dumbarton FC have been invited by the football authorities to an online meeting on Tuesday 1st September to look at the organisation and operational issues surrounding the return of supporters to matches.
This is something we have already been talking about and working on throughout the Club and at Board level. But there are issues that need to be agreed and verified with others.
Given that this consultation is highly likely to impact on what we might be able to offer season ticket holders, we intend to update supporters on season tickets and the options involved after the meeting and its contents have been processed by the Board.
We are as keen as our supporters to get plans firmed up (subject to issues surrounding the pandemic) as soon as possible.
But we also need to be sure that what we are proposing is in line with the guidelines and regulations we are required to follow.
