All at Dumbarton Football Club were saddened to hear of the passing of supporter Peter Donnelly.
Peter passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Saturday, November 2.
Peter, who attended games with his family, was a lifelong Son of the Rock and could be found in his usual season ticket seat every second Saturday afternoon. He was also a regular traveller on the Sons Supporters Trust buses to cheer on his team away from home and loved the banter with his fellow supporters as well as a pre-match pint.
Peter’s presence around the football club will be greatly missed by all supporters, players and officials. His funeral will take place on Tuesday, November 19 at 9:30am at St Kessog’s Church and then Vale of Leven Cemetery at 10:45am.
