IT is now time to start the one-year countdown until Dumbarton FC celebrates its 150th anniversary.
The club was founded on this day in 1872, and work remains ongoing in the background to ensure we celebrate 150 years in a fitting way.
Club historian Jim McAllister is leading a committee of willing volunteers, and it is proposed to give more information on plans to mark the 150th anniversary in the New Year.
Meanwhile…happy birthday DFC, and here’s to many more years of inspiring, and creating memories for, our supporters of all ages.
