MANAGER Ian Murray dipped back into the transfer market today to add experience to his squad with the capture of striker Colin Nish.
Nish, 32, standing at a towering six foot three inches, comes to the Bet Butler Stadium with a good pedigree and as well as fighting for a place in the first team, he’ll be in charge of the 19s squad for the season ahead.
Manager Murray said: “In Colin we have a player who has a great knowledge of the game and he’s proven himself at the highest level.
“He’ll be a good influence on our youngsters and will be our new manager of the under-19s team working alongside our coaching staff.”
With Colin taking up the reigns as 19s boss, current 17s coach Richard Salveta has been appointed as his assistant with David Lyden moving to take charge of the 17s.
