DUMBARTON FC have entered into an exciting new kit partnership with local supplier R and D Miller who are responsible for the manufacture of the Club’s new 1872 Brand.
The new deal will see all our senior and youth players wear the new brand and it’s a return to the retro 1970’s look that fans have been demanding for some years.
Commercial director Alan Findlay commented : “The opportunity to design our own kit came about towards the end of last season and we turned to the Sonstrust for help.
“Gary Black, better known for his SonsTV work, came up with the design based on consultation with supporters.
“We are absolutely delighted with the collaborative effort and the guys at R and D Miller have really caught the brief correctly.
“The strips are stunning and we now have our own brand which we hope our fans will like.”
Keith Griffen Sales Manager for R and Miller added : “The enthusiasm from everyone at DFC means that our job was pretty easy!
“We are delighted to be working with the club in partnership and hope that the relationship will be a long one.”
The new tops go on sale tomorrow and will retail at £25 for children’s sizes and £30 for adults.
