DEFENDER Morgyn Neill has become the first player to re-sign for Dumbarton during the close season, and will be with the club until the end of the 2020/21 campaign.
The 24-year-old centre half was a huge hit in his first season with the club, starting all 35 games across all competitions.
He scored four goals in those matches – including two in this calendar year, which makes him our top goalscorer this decade!
He joins Ross Forbes, who signed an 18-month deal in January, as part of the Sons squad for the season ahead.
Manager Jim Duffy said: “Morgyn really impressed during the 2019/20 season and was a player our supporters really took to.
“I’m glad he’ll be on board again for the 2020/21 campaign and he’ll be an important player for us.”
