IT’S been a busy weekend at the Dumbarton Football Stadium and the work continues in the days ahead when more players are expected to commit their futures to the club.
Assistant manager Stephen Farrell, deputising for the gaffer who is on holiday, will be on hand to hopefully get some deals over the line.
Speaking to us today after a tough examination as he completes yet another footballing qualification, Faz said : “We are trying very hard to get things moving.
“But right now it’s not a good time for some players, especially those who are full-time and are considering stepping to part-time.
“We are targeting what we need and I’m confident that we could see some more players arriving this week.”
Manager Aitken returns from his well earned break this weekend.
