SONS youngster Donald McCallum is the latest summer signing, earning his second professional contract under gaffer Stevie Aitken.
Donald, who now lives in Glasgow although his home town is Campbeltown, is a product of the Sons Youth Development Initiative, coming through the ranks of the Sons youth teams.
He was a regular scorer for Dumbarton’s SPFL West Development League side in the 2014-15 season, and made his first team debut in a pre-season friendly against Partick Thistle at the Cheaper Insurance Direct Stadium.
Donald made 4 appearances last season with a two goal contribution and was a regular member of the first team squad on matchdays.
