STADIUM ENTRY
Please arrive early to aid entry to the stadium. Dumbarton supporters can access the stadium via turnstiles 1 and 2 at the BDS Digital (East) Stand. Turnstiles will open at 2:00pm. Refreshments will be available in the Lounge Bar, West Stand, before kick-off. Food and refreshments can be purchased from the kiosks – please note cash only at kiosks.

CARD PAYMENT ENTRY ONLY AT TURNSTILES
Please be aware cash is not accepted at the turnstiles. It is strongly recommended that supporters pre-purchase tickets prior to arrival at the stadium. Tickets can be purchased at https://qosfc.ticketco.events/

Pricing is as follows: 
Adults – £18
Concessions – £10
Under-16’s – £5

DISABLED SUPPORTER INFORMATION 
An accessible entrance can be located at Gate H on the south side of the BDS Digital Stand. Accessible parking is available at the north side of the BDS Digital Stand, or at the Arena car park. QoS operate a concessionary ticketing policy for disabled supporters and will ensure that the scheme does not discriminate between disabled people with differing impairments.

BY TRAIN 
Replacement buses are running between Glasgow Central – Kilmarnock. Train services will run between Kilmarnock and Dumfries. Please consider this when planning your journey.

Walking to the ground from the station takes around 20 minutes, using the most direct route: 

  1. Come out of the station on the west side, into the main car park (directly outside the Station Hotel).
  1. Walk round to the right of the Station Hotel and turn right onto Lovers Walk. 
  1. Follow Lovers walk round the corner to the traffic lights at the T-junction. 
  1. Turn left at the traffic lights onto the Edinburgh Road.
  1. Follow this road into town and round the corner (keeping Greyfriars church on your right) down onto Buccleuch Street.
  1. Continue down to the bottom of Buccleuch Street. 

BY CAR 
From the North 

  1. Come off the M74 at J15 (Moffat) and follow the A701 to Dumfries 
  1. On entering Dumfries, follow this road through one mini-roundabout to the large roundabout on the A75 
  1. Turn right onto the A75 (Dumfries Bypass) 
  1. At the next roundabout take the second exit – signposted “Dumfries A76” 
  1. Go straight across the first mini roundabout. 
  1. At the next roundabout turn right onto Lochfield Road 
  1. Follow this road round to the next mini roundabout, which is the entrance to the car park, on the left 

Sat Nav 

  1. Set your sat nav destination to “Lochfield Road, Dumfries” 
  1. Continue to follow Lochfield Road round to the mini roundabout, which is the entrance to the car park, on the left 

SUPPORTER BEHAVIOUR 
Supporters are strongly reminded the use of pyrotechnics/Flares/Smoke bombs within sports stadia is illegal. 

Dumbarton Football Club recognises that football is a passionate game and supporters will have their own way of expressing their support and reactions. This is acceptable and welcomed as it often adds positively to the match experience. However, behaviour which jeopardises the safety and enjoyment of others or is likely to bring disrepute to the Club is not acceptable. 

This includes but not limited to: 
• Anti-social behaviour 
• Personal Abuse on social media 
• Sectarian, racial, discriminatory or obscene chanting 
• Throwing any article within the stadium or its environs 
• Encroaching onto the field of play 
• Disability hate crime
