MIDFIELDER Evan Maley has today joined Sons on amateur terms and is added to the squad for tomorrow’s trip to Dunfermline.
The 23-year-old’s last club was St Cadoc’s, who he joined last season from Glenafton, and he has also played in the junior ranks with Troon. He was in the youth setups at Stranraer and Kilmarnock.
Evan has featured as a trialist during our programme of pre-season friendlies.
Manager Stevie Farrell said: “We’ve had a chance to see what Evan can do and we feel he is worth adding to our squad.
“With our squad numbers restricted for tomorrow, we’re glad to get this over the line and it’s a boost for us ahead of the game.”
