TEENAGE midfielder Luca Vata has joined our first team squad on amateur terms after a successful performance with the club’s under-18 team.
Luca has trained with the first team recently and has now been registered on an amateur form ahead of this weekend’s match away to Forfar Athletic.
The development is a hugely positive one for all at Dumbarton FC, and shows positive signs that the pathway between our youth setup and first team is working well.
Luca’s team-mate, defender Declan Breen, has already taken part in a first team game this season.
